Design Breakdown

The beautiful staircase structure serves as the main vertical circulation path for the three-storey residential building. Now, let's break down the design of its railings.

1. Twister square bar; The vertical bars, in twisted design, serve the most important purpose of the structure, a protective barrier from falling from high elevated areas;

2. Customized aluminum casting; The casting serves as a design termination and visual break from the monotony of the vertical bars that comprise the railings;

3. Wooden handrail; A good combination with wrought iron, the warmth of the wood as a material offers contrast to the heaviness of the metal;
