What can I run on a 5kW Solar Energy System?

- You can run a washing machine, air conditioner, fridge, water heater, oven, and TV with a 5kw solar energy system. If you have these appliances in your home, a 5kW solar system is sufficient. It produces 20kWh per day.

How will it harvest that large amount of energy?

- The 5kw Solar System produces the most power between 8 am – 5 pm, with the peak time being 10 am – 3 pm. This is due to the intensity of light the panels receive when the sun is highest in the sky. And when theres battery, you’ll be able to use that harvested energy when theres a blackout or brownout.

How can you save money in having a Solar Energy System at your house or property?

- A 5kW installation will cover about 40% to 80% of the average home’s energy use. You will be able to save atleast 50% of what you’re currently paying to your electric bill.

Think about it? you’ll be saving money for your family and you’ll be able to put the extra money elsewhere.

We have 3 types of Solar Home System:

1. Off-grid system
(Stand Alone System ) iniinstall po ang system na ito sa mga area's na walang supply ng kuryente like islands, mountains o probinsya na walang supply ng electricity,
During daytime si Solar yung mag papagana lahat ng appliances natin. Dapat enough yung kW at battery na ilalagay natin in order to supply lahat ng pangangailangan natin lalo na sa gabi.

2. On-grid/ Grid- tie system, this system is connected to the Utility company like meralco, etc. Iniinstall po itong system sa mga areas na stable ang supply ng kuryente, for savings at the same time advantage nya po later we can apply for the net metering para mag zero bill and makapag benta ng excess Kay Meralco. Since connected parin po tayo sa Utility company ( UC ) ang disclaimer po kasi ng system na ito is Once na nag brown out si UC AUTOMATIC shutdown din po ang solar. ( Remember the solar works at day time it means the whole day Ang mag supply ng energy sa mga loads natin is Yung solar then sa gabi auto switch na po tayo sa utility natin

3. HYBRID system combination po ng Off-grid and on-grid. Iniinstall po itong system sa mga areas na madalas ang brown out. Meron po kasi Syang batteries once na nag brown out still magagamit natin ang solar because of the batteries back up.
Disclaimer: Limited lang po yung loads na pwede natin gamitin, o i connect sa battery , life span of the battery 10-15years.Halos double the price ni On Grid because of the battery and inverter.
