- Undertakes long-distance travel when required, particularly for the pickup of essential equipment from the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional driver’s license holder
- With driving experience, preferably operating large vehicles
- Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance
- Ability to multitask effectively

- Remove, replace, and install various types of plumbing fixtures.
- Repair and address system issues such as clogged drains, faulty faucets, broken pipes, and related concerns.
- Perform maintenance tasks including masonry, carpentry, and minor welding works.
- Quickly identify and resolve problems, escalating issues when necessary.
- Submit fully accomplished Service Reports (SR) to coordinators in a timely manner.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate.
- Must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate related to the field.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in masonry, carpentry, minor welding works, and plumbing is required.
- Ability to detect damages and mechanical malfunctions.
- Proven experience working as a plumber in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools commonly used in plumbing work.
