Qualifications:
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
• Preferred: NC II Certification in Dom/RAC (Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning)
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a related field
• Proven knowledge of air conditioning troubleshooting, damage detection, and diagnostics
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to follow supervisor directions closely

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process job orders from project coordinators
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning units and related equipment
• Detect, diagnose, and rectify system malfunctions efficiently
• Use hand and power tools for installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Ensure accurate documentation and completion of service reports
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
• High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate (at least 1 year related experience)
• Skilled in plumbing trade with proven fast-paced work experience
• Practical experience in masonry, carpentry, and minor welding works
• Preferred: NC II SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) certificate
• Proficient with plumbing-related hand and power tools
• Ability to detect damages/malfunctions and follow instructions from supervisors
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive job orders from coordinators and perform required maintenance tasks
