Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Site-Based)

Job Summary
The Site-Based Quantity Surveyor is responsible for on-site quantity verification, cost monitoring, and billing support to ensure construction activities are within budget and aligned with approved plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct actual site measurements and quantity verification
• Assist in preparation of progress billings (client and subcontractors)
• Evaluate subcontractor accomplishments and claims
• Monitor material usage and cost vs. budget
• Identify and prepare variation orders (VOs) based on site conditions
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and project manager
• Review drawings vs. actual site conditions and report discrepancies
• Assist in procurement requests and material quantity checking
• Maintain records of as-built quantities
• Support cost reporting and documentation
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related course
• With 1–3 years experience in construction or quantity surveying
• Open to fresh graduates with strong OJT/site experience
• Experience in site works (excavation, structural, fit-out) is an advantage
• Can read and interpret plans and specifications
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge in Planswift/AutoCAD is a plus
License Requirement
• PRC License (Civil Engineer) – not required
Work Setup
• Full-time, Site-Based (Makati City)
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to render overtime if needed
Salary Range
• ₱20,000 – ₱25,000/month
