GENSON Group of Companies is a 100% Filipino-owned and is composed of five (5)
companies/subsidiaries doing business in the field of surveying, engineering, construction, environmental planning, real estate consultancy and is based in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. Its first company, the GENSON-HOURANI and ASSOCIATES, CO. (GHAC) was established on September 5, 1992. GHAC's business in its early
years of operation involved real estate marketing / brokerage, surveying and construction. Since its founding in 1992, GHAC had
grown steadily, both in terms of staff,
expertise and experiences. With its entry into the construction business in 1995, it organized and registered a construction company, GENSON-HOURANI
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (GHDC). On the same year, GHDC was issued PCAB Category “C” Contractor's License allowing it to undertake projects in general construction and general engineering and to bid for government infrastructure projects. In 1998, the Asian Financial Crisis
had affected most of the Philippine
businesses which forced some companies to downsize its operations. GHAC and GHDC were no exception, and its Owner then decided to re-invent its operations by
merging its Surveying, Real Estate and
Construction business to form what is now called GENSON SURVEYING and
ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS (GSEC). In 2000, it established GENSON
ENTERPRISES (GENT) as its Trading
Company, importing surveying equipment,
technical softwares and laboratory/precise instruments. It was primarily formed to supply the requirements of its sistercompanies. As business climate in the Philippines
continued to improve and to compliment
further its other businesses, it rekindled its
realty and construction business by forming GENSON REALTY CO. (GERC) with the intention of developing its own realty projects. To compliment GERC, it also re-established its own construction business by forming GSEC CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CO. (GSEC-CDC) for its various Design-Build and Constuction projects. Since 2008, the GENSON Group of Companies has then evolved into a Total Real Estate Solution Provider catering to a number Pre-Engineering/Special and Pre-
Development Studies in the country. Today, GENSON Group of Companies draws its strength from the experience of its twenty-nine (29) years of providing its Clients with a Total Integrated Surveying, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate and Environmental Planning Services - from the Land Acquisition, Surveying, Titling to Conceptual & Environmental Planning, Detailed Engineering Design and in Construction implementation of its horizontal and vertical developments projects, and Construction/ Project Management, may it be residential, commercial, industrial and/or infrastructure projects, both in the public
and private sectors. Cognizant of the value of delivering
quality services to its clients, the GENSON
Group of Companies maintains a full-time
staff of fifteen (15) regular employees with
Consultants and experienced Engineers of
different disciplines, who are available to
the company on an on-call project basis. To further broaden its expertise, professional base and its portfolio of services, the company also maintains close working relationships with leading specialist firms on a project-by-project basis. To add value, more experience and exposure to international projects overseas, ENGR. GENSON, had also accepted limited Consultancy work abroad by acting as a Project Coordinator of some Fund Management Groups who had initiated development
projects in other countries. To date, the GENSON Group of Companies has six (6) Survey Teams, two (2)
Construction Groups, one (1) Geotechnical Investigation Group, one (1) Real Estate Acquisition/Documentation Group, one (1)
Marketing Dev't. Group and a pool of Consultants / Specialty Firms of various disciplines.
