Our Goulds Water Technology 2hp model GT20, nailed it! It's a self-priming designed centrifugal pump, delivers 85 gpm capacity on a 2" diameter ppr pipeline to a 20 meter high overhead tank!

Same new pump, the same trust!
It takes 15 years before their Goulds Water Technology SJ series deepwell jet pump to have a problem. But due to the urgency of having water, the owner decides to buy a new one, instead of sending the old one for repair and wait to be fixed. Thank you client for the continued confidence in Goulds!
This pump is proven 100% repairable, in fact we have complete line of spare parts available for it, but we can't prevent the owner's capacity to buy a brand new unit.

400 feet, no problem!
This water is from 400 feet pump depth, pumped out by our CRI Fluid Systems Inc. submersible pump, 2hp, L3P series.
For all the 3" diameter submersible pump that we had carried, so far this is the best! With proper pump sizing, client's obedient to buy complete protective accesories and be tested and commisioned by our authorized technicians.. we had not encountered early burnt motor in 3 years, except 1 unit at Lapu-lapu City that is clearly struck by lightning.

Piggery problem solved, solution was served!

This is a 3hp CRI OIL filled or lubricated submersible motor, installed horizontally with a FLOW INDUCER SLEEVE and we supplied a 3pcs. DISCHARGE CHECKVALVE equally installed on the total pipe line length.
Speaking of horizontal installation, OIL FILLED motor has the clear ADVANTAGE because of its durable stainless bearing compared to any water filled motor!

*Trouble History:
A month ago, this Goulds Water Technology 3hp, model 18gs30 submersible pump coupled with the most popular water filled motor was installed vertically in this shallow water storage tank and was submerged only 2 feet without a FLOW INDUCER SLEEVE.
The pump will transfer the water to 120 meter distance with 80 feet elevation on a 1-1/2" inch p.e. pipe without any check valves.
*The result in one month was sad, water lubricated MOTOR breaks down early due to worn out axial bearings and constant overheating due to wrong alignment of the floatswitch that makes the motor running unsubmerged!

Lesson:
This is the reason why clients must buy from a well trained pump professionals and must give details of installation to avoid early problem that is not covered by Warranty!
*Don't just buy because of attracrive low price, make sure you buy the right pump for your needs!
