Location: Mandaue Casuntingan, Cebu Type: Full-time
What We Need:
• Education: At least Senior High School graduate
• Aged: (20 to 35 years old)
• Must-haves:
o Willingness to learn
o Honest & responsible
o Basic computer skills (Excel, emails, and other apps)
• Nice-to-haves:
o Experience in sales/customer service
o Knowledge of different metal products
Your Role:
• Orders & Delivery:
• Make sales quotations(phone/in-person/email/messenger/viber and etc.)
• Take accurate orders (phone/in-person/email/messenger/viber and etc.)
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries
• Update clients on status & resolve issues ASAP
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Manage leads, track orders,
• Collaborate with warehouseman/logistics.
