Looking for BMS Engineer

- Knowledgeable with ex*****on of BMS projects, with at least 2 years work experience.
- Must have knowledge and experience with integrating HVAC Chillers to the BMS system.
- Experienced with design, estimation of BMS materials, designing of sequence of operation of BMS systems, preparation of BMS design schematic drawings, control wiring diagrams, as well as testing and commissioning of the BMS systems together with the equipment controlled/monitored by the said BMS system
- Familiarity of HVAC systems is a requirement
- Willing to work with operation and maintenance (O&M) departments for maintenance of facility systems, particularly in HVAC systems.
- Background in Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Science (Comsci), mechatronics or computer engineering for the above requirements

Reporting to the Service Supervisor and on site Leadman, the Air-con Technician is responsible for servicing clients in the installation, maintenance, operation and repairs of different HVAC equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducts diagnosis and evaluation of equipment parameters as directed by the technical/service supervisors; including providing timely, complete and accurate data/information from the job site

2. Requests for and prepares materials and tools needed for scheduled service calls.

3. Performs repairs, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning units.

General Responsibility

Accounting supervisors oversee accounting department functions to ensure efficiency and compliance. Responsible for the overall financial accounting, management information systems, taxes, regulatory compliance as well as liaison with internal and external auditors.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Responsible for the Establishment and Implementation of Financial Controls and Reporting

a. Monthly consolidation of management reports for all required external compliance (BIR, SEC, etc.) and internal reporting requirements.

f. Establish financial controls for projects - cost accounting, observance of budgets, proper invoicing, coverage of bonds and insurances, etc.

2. Provides insight and recommendations on finance and investment decisions

a. Prepares various sensitivity analyses and other reports that will aid the company in making certain investment decisions.
b. Assists in the cash management in managing excess cash or controlling overhead or recommends cost effective measures to the company’s various operating processes

3. Responsible for the preparation of budgets, forecasts and projections

a. Ensures that the budgets, forecasts and projections are properly and timely prepared
b. Responsible for preparing and submitting various reports for accreditation purposes (e.g. banks and suppliers)

4. Responsible for ensuring that company assets (A/Rs, inventories, fixed and property assets) are safeguarded with the necessary controls and procedures, as well as the necessary insurances.

5. Assists Management with negotiating for bank facilities and other accreditations

a. Coordinates with legal counsel regarding contracts and agreements

6. Ensures that an effective financial operating system is installed (e.g. accounting, credit & collection)

a. Assists in preparation and maintenance of operating manuals for setting of standard procedures within the department.
b. Recommends automation of certain operating processes concerning the department.

Skills and Qualifications:
• 5 to 10 years managerial experience in Finance and Accounting from reputable organizations;
• with CPA licensure;
