We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. If you have 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative support and enjoy keeping daily office functions running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring efficiency across various functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or any related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
• Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation
• Update and manage inventory records and company databases accurately
• Assist with procurement processes, inventory tracking, and project/office supply management
• Support invoicing and billing preparation tasks
• Provide administrative assistance to internal and project teams as needed
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
