At a leading beverage plant in Thailand, Forbes Marshall addressed a critical issue: temperature overshoots of 3–5°C in their bottle washer. This instability was more than a process hurdle, it led to excessive steam consumption and wasted energy.

By replacing the existing mechanical valves with our high-precision PID temperature control valve (eVALV), we achieved:
