MR Link Incorporated, a leading Engineering Solution and Services Provider Company with expertise in the telecommunications industry is currently looking for a KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER.
A person who has the overall responsibility in independently retaining top customers and nurturing those key relationships over time. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the KAM must build and maintain a strong relationship with these clients. The person also acts as a strategic partner and advisor to the clients, potentially discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefits.
Acts as the lead point for all key client matters. The position also anticipates the client’s needs, works to ensure deadlines for the client/s are met, ensures that expectations are clear and properly delivered. Ultimately, the position helps the client succeed in the fulfillment of projects.
The KAM also brings in new businesses from existing clients or contacts and develops new relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration) or relevant field;
• Four to five years previous work experience in sales management, key account management, or relevant experience preferably in a technical/engineering field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a good presenter, a people-person
• More than average computer skills and with knowledge in Microsoft Office particularly strong in Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
• Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
• Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
• Self-starting
