As early as 1988, Trine Construction had started with only five (5) personnel, including the Perez couple (Engr. Zosimo A. Perez & Mrs. Lilian Tapdasan-Perez) staffing the office, and eight (8) technical men operating the fabrication shop. Gradually, as the company took its flight as an ever growing firm in the construction industry, with its steadfast people striving for the betterment of the company, Trine Construction has transposed into a corporation, and became Trine Construction & Metal Industries Corporation in the year 2003.
TCMIC is currently operating with twenty-three (23) regular personnel, and has about 258 skilled and non-skilled contractual/project workers assigned to various projects. Just as a norm as almost all of the other businesses, TCMIC had undergone difficulties in its pioneering years. Tough challenges, which did not just inspired everyone to strive for advancement, but had strengthened its way to a more sturdy and vigorous foundation, as well. Soon thereafter, the company has acquired new engineering tools and heavy equipment facilities.
TCMIC team focuses in the fields of civil works and electro-mechanical works. This empowers the company to compromise a wide range of services to the flourishing industry of construction. The company, at present, is engaged in heavy equipment leasing, as well. Trine Construction & Metal Industries Corporation is not only centered in MIndanao but is also rendering contracts in Luzon and Visayas areas.
