This unit was already turned over to the client 3 years ago as bare finish.
Ganito na yung condition niya nung inabutan namin 🥺

Now, the project has been awarded to us to Transform the space into a more Livable, Cozy, and Functional Home 🏡
And we are currently working on the proposed extension at the back for more space 💪
