One (1) CIVIL ENGINEER
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed Civil Engineer.
• 1–2 years experience in construction project management or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and cost estimates; ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Monitor daily site activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and resolve on-site issues.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project schedules.
• Track project expenses, monitor progress vs. budget and timelines, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain site records, prepare progress reports, and update management on milestones.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth ex*****on and address technical concerns.
One (1) LOGISTICS OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business/Engineering (preferred).
• 1-2 years logistics or warehouse experience (construction background a plus).
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets/ERP.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset; can handle urgent site needs.
• Driver’s license (advantage).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and oversee deliveries; ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and schedule; manage issuance/return of tools.
• Monitor stock, align physical vs. records, implement issuance/return procedures.
• Schedule trucks/drivers, arrange third-party hauling, resolve delays.
• Coordinate with engineers on material needs, track usage vs. budget, document site deliveries/returns.
• Maintain receipts/PODs, monitor KPIs (delivery, stock, cost, wastage), and submit weekly reports.
