Nakatuon ang sesyong ito sa transisyon mula sa recruitment patungo sa aktwal na pag-aaral, na nagpapakita ng dedikasyon ng kumpanya sa pagbibigay ng kasanayan sa komunidad at kahusayan sa serbisyo.

Mga Pangunahing Punto ng Talakayan
Layunin at Motibasyon ng Pagsasanay:

Ang programang ito ay idinisenyo upang magbigay ng libreng teknikal na kaalaman sa mga indibidwal na nagnanais pumasok sa industriya ng HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).

II. Mga Layunin
Ang mga pangunahing layunin ng pagsasanay ay:

Mabigyan ang mga kalahok ng pangunahing teknikal na kaalaman tungkol sa mga air conditioning system.

Maipakita ang mga tamang pamamaraan sa paglilinis at preventive maintenance.
