We planned our party to be earlier this year to avoid any typhoons. However, Bagyong Wilma came unexpectedly and delayed sea travel in Cebu for four days. We were stressed, especially since our venue this year was in Bohol. We were losing hope, and in that moment, we realized that we forgot to fully commit everything to the Lord. We were reminded once again that He is always faithful. As long as we commit everything to Him, He will establish our plans. We may face delays and challenges, but in the end, everything fell into place in His perfect timing.

Once again, the Lord carried us through this year. 2025 has been a year of blessings, growth, and learnings. There were lessons that were hard to swallow, adjustment and sacrifices that's hard to do, we learned to let go and let God, and many moments when our faith was tested again and again and again. Yet one thing remained constant—the faithfulness of our Lord God toward this company remained unshakable. We cannot imagine moving forward without the Lord guiding us and keeping us grounded. All the glory for this year belongs to Him alone.

First, We thank the Lord for the growing ArkA family, from our rank and file to our engineers and admin personnel. You are truly a gift from the Lord.

And, to our old and new clients who continue to entrust us with your projects and future plans, we are deeply blessed by your continued trust in ArkA.

We also thank the Lord for our partners, Engr. James Bonn Alferez of GreenWeb Engineering Services , Engr. Bobby Lonoy of NHIM and Vannix Peralta of CVP, Sir Allan of A+, to mention a few, thank you so much for the partnership and friendship this year and we look forward working hand in hand with you together next year.

Maraming nagtatanong kung automatic bang 40% ng material cost ang labor cost sa construction.
Ang sagot: 𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐈 𝐏𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐆𝐈.

Ang 40% ay general guide lang o tinatawag na rule of thumb sa construction industry. Nagbabago ito depende sa uri ng project, lokasyon, at klase ng trabaho.

𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐔𝐌𝐁
Residential projects: kadalasang 35% hanggang 50% ng total project cost ang labor.
Small renovations o finishing works: puwedeng umabot sa 50%–60% dahil mas labor-intensive.
Large-scale projects: bumababa sa 25%–35% dahil mas efficient ang equipment at manpower.

𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄 𝐒𝐀 𝐔𝐑𝐈 𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐇𝐎
Structural works: 30%–40% labor
Finishing works: 40%–60% labor
Electrical at plumbing: 25%–35% labor
Carpentry at cabinetry: 45%–55% labor

Halimbawa, sa painting works, lalo na kung barnis o duco finish, napakamahal ng labor dahil nangangailangan ito ng highly skilled painters, maraming oras ng preparation at finishing, at manwal na proseso. Sa ganitong kaso, puwedeng lumampas ang labor cost sa halaga ng materials.

Sa kabilang banda, may mga trabaho rin na malayo ang cost ng materials sa labor, tulad ng pagbubuhos ng concrete (casting). Dito, mataas ang material cost dahil sa semento, graba, buhangin, at bakal, samantalang mababa lang ang labor percentage dahil mabilis ang proseso at mas machine-assisted.

Ang 40% ay magandang panimulang estimate, pero hindi ito fixed rule.

Laging i-base ang costing sa aktwal na scope ng trabaho, lokasyon, at level ng skills ng workers.

Mas maganda kung may architect o construction expert na gagabay para malaman kung saan mas mabigat — sa material o sa labor — bago mag-budget.

A person blesses God by remembering all that God has done and thanking Him for it.

We thank the Lord Most High, our God for Ark-Asia Constructors and Developers, Corp. for this year. This year we faced waves of challenges, some we lose, some we won, but, in the end, we grew and learned a lot of lesson. Through this, one thing is evident, our God never left us but carried us all through it all. Through Him, we were able to grow in numbers, venture into different type of projects and encountered new clients.

We are incredibly grateful to our God-given team for sticking by ArkA through this year. We praise the Lord for you and your continued faith in ArkA's abilities.
