✨ How to Avail up to 5 e-Certificates

1. 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭. The webinar-workshop is composed of 4 sessions, each with a required virtual activity.

2. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦. To earn the FREE Certificate of Completion (CoC):
✅ Complete all activities and quizzes for the 4 sessions.
✅ Document your outputs and upload them to one Google Drive folder.
✅ Submit the Google Drive link in the evaluation form.
✅ The Certificate of Completion is FREE and is issued upon successful completion of all requirements.
This CoC is worth 24 hours (watch the livestream for 2 hours and perform the activity for an estimated 4 hours per session).

3. 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥: Participants may earn a Certificate of Participation (CoP) for a professional fee of ₱100 per session or ₱250 for the entire webinar-workshop. Simply fill out the corresponding session form, which includes a field for uploading a screenshot of the livestream together with the transaction confirmation (proof of payment).

4. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞-𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞(𝐬): Please note that e-Certificates will be sent 2–3 business days after the event.
