Meet the PAES Officers for 2026–2028!

The Philippine Association of Engineering Schools (PAES), Inc. is pleased to present its officers for the 2026–2028 term.

The PAES 2026–2028 officers were elected on September 19, 2026, during the PAES Annual General Membership Meeting held at De La Salle University. The election brought together representatives of engineering schools from across the country to select the Association’s leadership for the new term.

Successful Day 1 of PAES General Assembly and 2026 National Engineering Education Summit

The first day of the PAES General Assembly and 2026 National Engineering Education Summit at De La Salle University (DLSU) Manila was a great success, gathering engineering educators and academic leaders from different parts of the country. The PAES General Assembly and 2nd National Engineering Education Summit (NEEDS) 2026 will bring together engineering educators, academic leaders, researchers, and industry partners from across the country on September 18 to 19, 2026 at De La Salle University – Manila. Centered on the theme “Engineering Education 360: Sustainability, Digital Equity, and Global Impact,” the summit aims to explore innovative approaches to preparing future engineers for an increasingly interconnected and technology-driven world.

A major highlight of the two-day gathering will be the presentations of four plenary speakers, who are expected to share insights on emerging trends in engineering education, sustainability, digital transformation, global competitiveness, and industry-academic collaboration. Their sessions will provide participants with valuable perspectives on how engineering programs can respond to rapidly changing societal and technological demands.

Organized by the Philippine Association of Engineering Schools (PAES), the summit continues the organization’s mission of promoting excellence and innovation in engineering education through collaboration, faculty development, research initiatives, and the sharing of best practices among higher education institutions.
