To our co-seller, this is the first time na may customer kami na via gcash nag pay tapos nag protect money.
Our GCASH ACCOUNT was on hold dahil sa ginawa niya.
NARECEIVE NA NIYA YUNG ITEM NIYA.
PERO YUNG PAYMENT niya nakahold sa gcash which means hindi pa payment confirmed yun.
Nasend niya yung money? Oo. Pero nakaprotect money, hindi maopen yung gcash kaya hindi din naman macheck kung received ba yung payment.
Nakarating ba samin payment niya? Technically, NO.
We are doing what the GCash requires on the ticket submitted. May hinihingi sa CS na documents, ang linaw ng process na pinaliwanag ko, pinapahirapan pa kami sa abalang ginawa niya.
So may it be a LESSON to SELLERS like us.
Protect your BUSINESS din.
To CUSTOMERS na may trust issue, pede naman kayo mag legit check. We have customers that can vouch for us. And the moment na nareceive niyo na yung order niyo, be responsible sa ginawa niyong abala.
That GCASH account was allocated for our business fund, most of our revolving fund ay nandon. Ngayon ang daming nadelay and hindi maprocess and may nga hindi pa mapasahuran due to this issue. ‼️
We will be improving our system, the lapses on our part ay naacknowledge na namin.
Pero yung taong nang-abala, hindi pa din 🤷♀️
Next time guys, if magpapasend kayo ng proof of payment, make sure check niyo din if reflected na sa account, minsan sa sobrang busy hindi na namin nachecheck agad, lalo na hands on kami sa operation. Pag nasend na samin proof nag okay na kami, kaya end of the day na namin icountercheck sa gcash account.
Ngayon maging strict nadin kami sa admin task and payment checking.
2025 na, MAY WE ALL BE RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE to people na naabala at nagawan natin ng pagkakamali. ‼️
