GREEN HORIZONS, CONNECTED FUTURE: Building the blueprint of tomorrow’s governance, one sustainable step at a time.

A major boost is coming to the Iloilo Provincial Government’s Smart Green Government Center in Santa Barbara.

Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) COO Mark Lapid joined Governor Arthur Defensor Jr., Mayor Dennis Superficial, and provincial officials for a site inspection of the 6.3-hectare complex in Brgy. Bolong Oeste. Impressed by the master plan, TIEZA committed ₱250 Million to fund the proposed six-storey parking facility at the complex’s main entrance; ensuring seamless, hassle-free access for every Ilonggo.

This vision couldn't have taken shape without the exceptional work behind the scenes. Special recognition goes to Engr. Jeb Escarilla, Engr. Erik Paul Nordesta, and Architect Rodney Velez for their outstanding expertise in preparing and rendering the design for this landmark project.

From frontline national agency hubs to a planned convention facility, stadium, and commercial spaces, the Smart Green Government Center is officially on its way to becoming a true one-stop showcase for the province.
