History & Philosophy
Background
The business owner had construction experience since 1998 as an Outside Plant Supervisor on Cable Installation for the different telecommunication companies contracted by COMSYS Philippines Inc., a Japanese owned firm. Since then he has been into various construction works in various engagements with the NGO Life 4 Water, Incorpora
ted for water system in rural areas and in the previous years as manager of the Iligan Light Employees MPC for contract on civil engineering works/projects, with Iligan Light and Power Incorporated. In November 2012 to November 2013, the owner has been engaged in the construction of Camella Homes, Butuan City as Project Engineer by one of its contractors. Accumulated skills through years of experience in different projects and engineering works resulted to capability build-up, which lead to the establishment of J&A Construction and Supply. The emphases are on clear coordination and follow through procedures to ensure that the client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all processes. Recently, J&A Construction and Supply is engaged in the construction of Camella Homes, Ozamis City and other construction projects outside camella homes. J&A Construction and Supply takes pride in the delivery of targeted out-put with the end goal to give its clients the assurance that projects have been accomplish in time with utmost care for excellent quality. PHILOSOPHY
The project management and implementation philosophy is:
• Plan detailed schedule and resources provision to meet client’s project objective;
• Coordinate properly with all project stakeholders to ensure a harmonious relationship;
• Close supervision on the execution of work being done for quality out-put;
• Track construction progress and fine tune deviations; and
• Accomplish and present projects on or before the targeted time.
