RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
1. No original copy of receipt, No Return or Exchange of items.
2. Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.
3. Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
1. Cut materials (Ex. Wire, Screen, Rough wood,etc.)
2. Special orders or custom-built items.
3. Opened power tools, unless defective.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
1. Items that are defective or damaged upon opening may be returned within seven (7) days for a full refund or exchange.
2. Proof of defect or damage (photos/videos/inspection) may be required.

POWER TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
1. Must be returned unused and in original condition with all parts, manuals, and packaging.
2. Used tools or gas-powered equipment may only be returned if found defective.

REFUNDS
1. No refunds on Monday.
2. Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
3. Refunds over P 20,000.00 may be issued as check.
4. Online/Bank refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Bring the item/s and original receipt to our store.
