Lot Boundary Verification and Topographic Survey.

In Lot Boundary verification, found and recovered old boundary monument is essential in the survey activity to assess the accuracy of your guess computation of the Lot. Unearth/recovered monuments was dated on 1960's.

Topographic Survey was needed to ensure the elevation of the existing terrain and will be used as reference of the proposed project.

The steel in the center of the the monument is intact, but the outer surface of the monument has been destroyed by gold hunters as per land owners statement.

Interesting question:
How can we preserved these existing monuments!?
Do the denr office has a inventory list of existing monuments?

My suggestion is to segregate portion from the property. 2x2mts will do as a boundary of the monument and be a part of the property of the government.

Any suggestions/concerns or Violent 😈reaction is open on this post...hehehe.
