With our own office building and a full suite of equipment relevant to our operations (which include 20+ years worth of real estate data, maps, and plans), we are well equipped to cater to the real estate needs of our customers. In November 07, 2003, we were granted registration by the Department of Trade And Industry (DTI) and gained regular status in valuation and allied services as needed by banks, lending companies and other financial establishments. In 2019, we gained BSP accreditation, further cementing our certification as a reliable provider of appraisal needs.
