3 PAINTERS High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate. TESDA NC II Certification in Painting or a related trade is an advantage. With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Painter in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or building maintenance settings. Knowledgeable in surface preparation, paint mixing, application techniques, and finishing methods. Familiar with the proper and safe use of painting tools, equipment, ladders, and scaffolding. Physically fit and capable of performing painting tasks that may require working at heights and in various work environments. Keen attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality, cleanliness, and workmanship. Able to follow workplace safety procedures, instructions, and quality standards. 1 QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL INSPECTOR Bachelor’s degree or at least vocational/technical training in Mechanical Engineering. Strict in implementing quality standards! Preferred to have experience in quality control, product inspection, or quality assurance. Knowledgeable of inspection procedures and quality control tools. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards. Proficient in using measuring instruments (e.g., caliper, micrometer, gauges). Skilled in documenting inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and trend analysis. Willing to work on-site and conduct inspections across different areas of the plant. Upholds integrity and professionalism in quality reporting. Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when necessary. Willing to be assigned at Panacan Office.
1 SALES AND MARKETING HEAD At least 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or department head role. Strong background in B2B sales, industrial products, manufacturing, engineering solutions, or related industries. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Proven ability to lead, train, coach, and manage the sales team. Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and performance analytics. Excellent negotiation, contract management, and closing skills. Experience in developing pricing strategies and managing profit margins. Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales reporting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino. Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of working under pressure and meeting aggressive sales targets. Willing to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events. Valid driver's license and ability to drive is an advantage. Established network within the manufacturing, construction, automotive, industrial supply, or related sectors is highly desirable. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-service orientation.
1 SALES REPRESENTATIVE Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, metal fabrication, machine-shop operations, product specifications, and pricing is an advantage. With experience in sales or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and strong commitment to client satisfaction. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Willing to travel or perform fieldwork as required. Professional, proactive, and results-driven.
1 TRAILER DRIVER At least High school graduate, with a valid driver’s license (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3, and 8). Minimum 3 years of experience operating trailer or articulated trucks. Clean driving record with no major violations; strong knowledge of driving protocols, DOT regulations, and road safety standards. Responsible, physically fit, and able to work long hours, overtime, and flexible schedules. Skilled in pre-trip/post-trip inspections, basic vehicle maintenance, route planning, and on-time deliveries. Experienced in securing, loading, and unloading cargo safely. Good communication skills, professional conduct, and compliant with drug and alcohol testing requirements.
4 WELDER FABRICATORS Graduate of Vocational Course with NC II Welding certificate. At least High School Graduate. Must have at least 2 years work experience as welder fabricator. Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when necessary. Open to assignment at Pangi, Diversion Road, Davao City. CAN START ASAP!
