JUNIOR DESIGNER/CAD DRAFTER

Job Description:
1. Responsible for conceptualizing & drafting architectural designs and presentation drawings/renderings.
2. Draft working drawings for permitting and implementation.
3. Prepare shop drawings for site implementation.
4. Possible site visits/inspection works.

Requirements:
1. Architecture or Civil Engineering graduate, preferably with CAD drafting experience.
2. Must be knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, SKETCH UP, and rendering software.
3. Willing to learn and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
4. Most importantly, he/she must have good working ethics and initiative.
5. Willing to work immediately.
