Ito ang tunay na stainless grinding machine talaga!

Locally designed and made para sa pang matagalang gamitan talaga.

Stainless food grade made na po lahat pati ang Burr Mill Grinding Disk. Mas mabilis kasi mas sobra ang laki ng mga stainless disks. Hindi siya "cast iron" lang na katulad ng imported na nabibili sa mga tindahan at suppliers.

Mas tumatagal ang motor at ang gamitan kasi nga lahat stainless na. kunti na lang din ang piyesa para hindi masisira.

Talagang mas pino ang mga grinding teeth kaya mabilis magpino at talagang pino ang lalabas. Pwede sa lahat ng klase ng iga-grind or pipinuhin at gigilingin. Walang palit palit ng grinding disks kahit 100 years pa.

Kaya isang bilihan na lang mga ka farmers at ka-processors.

Saan pa kayo? Dito na sa tutuo..!!! Made-to-order nga lang kasi manually fabricated siya kaya sure na mas matibay. Hindi machine made!

Way back 21 years ago, we have had started working on making natural feeds materials and locally made and assembled feeds pelletizing machine.

We opted to plan and design organic and natural feedlots for making feeds for livestock's farmers having no access to and can not afford the high cost commercial feeds.

This was done just a month next to coffee dehuller that we have had designed, fabricated, and promoted.

Within just a matter of 3 months then, after we launched this small machine, we were able to provide farmers as far as Zamboanga, Negros, Marinduque, Davao, Batangas, etc.

We thought that it was just a good start for our SOCIAL ENTERPRISE then.
Yet, here was this big feeds company agents and executive tried their all might to intimidate me and questioning our feeds rations and feeds viability, as if they told us that ours was not really palatable to livestock like pigs, chicken, ducks, etc. since they did not undergone so called "steaming process" of all materials. And did not pass the standards on quality and rations requirements.

However, we barged in that ours was just natural and organic and were all readily available for our poor farmers and livestock enthusiasts. Plus, it has no toxic chemicals and health hazard growth hormones such as arsenic, and preservatives, etc.

From then on, there was no order and sales inquiry for this locally made pelletizing machine.

Lately we knew, China made pelletizer have had massively flourishes our local markets already. And were just sold at a very low cost only. Those were the same pelletizing machines that were sold at their Alibaba market page pegged at high price then.

For more than 20 years, we started developing this machine invention that undergoes incubation periods and with so many design modifications and retrofitting until we produced the one with most efficient output. Pegged at around 90% and higher!!

This propel so much development in CACAO FARMING AND PROCESSING in the Philippines since then!

In retrospect, one of our good friends here who happened to adapt and adapt their forebears long time business- CACAO PROCESSING, asked us to make a machine that could possibly speed up processing of CACAO, particularly in making CACAO TABLEA.

He was the one who discovered that inclussion of CACAO HUSKS in TABLEA MAKE THEM EASY TO BE SPOILED AND RANCID AND DEVELOPED AFFLATOXINS AND MYCOTOXINS! THAT RENDERED CACAO TABLEA UNPALATABLE AND NOT SAFE FOR LONG SHELF LIFE!

He fervently asked us to make one since -"Nasusugat ang mga daliri at umaayaw ang mga katulong sa pagbabalat ng roasted cacao beans", he said in Tagalog. "At mahigit 1-hour ang pagbabalat ng 1 kilo lang. " He added. " So, napakahirap at sobrang abala". And we took the challenge!

Then the rest was history!

It was good to note that the design, as a result, was not just for single work, but, up to its 4-usages already in just 1 machine and one setting at a time!

We called them 4-in-1 Machine since then!

It is all about the CACAO BEAN CRACKER, NIBS AND HUSK REMOVER, HUSKS AND BEAN SEPARATOR, and HUSK WINNOWER!

With this simple machine, It propelled cacao processing for up to a split seconds in a much effective t and efficient way!

Ginaya na din at na modify ng iba at ipinapatent pa ng mga local fabricators at makers. At ginaya na rin ng mga machine manufacturing gaya ng tsina, thailand, india, malaysia, vietnam, etc!!!

This is the COFFEE DE HULLER Prototype which I designed and fabricated in 2009.

That was the time also when the local Coffee Shops was coined and conceived in Bikol, the latter proliferated across the country. If you still remember the 5 stores and stalls of the "Penafracia Coffee Shops" in Naga City? And their branches in Iriga City, Legaspi, Sorsogon City and Tabaco?

It was good to remember also that at that time, the cost of dried coffee beans goes up to a considerable increment of 10-times (10x) of its original price! For more than 2-decades the price of coffee was just Php10.00 per kilo, then it was pegged at a whopping price of Php100.00/per kilo!

It was good to note also then that there was only three (3) processing site of coffee in the whole Philippines. They are situated in Batangas, Cavite, and Cagayan de Oro City in Mindanao. Our very coffee beans in Bikol were brought to Batangas Coffee Processing of Nestle, then brought back to Bikol Region as "Kapeng Barako" or "Kapeng Batangas". And of course with notable and considerable high price already.

But there after, local coffee shops and the new various designs and supplies of locally made small-scales coffee processing machines started to proliferate and been duplicated all over the Philippines as an offshoot of the COFFEE SUMMIT in SM City Naga in 2009 also.

The Nestle Philippines were also used to have their buying price adapted the current selling price of the farmers. From then on, coffee and coffee beans started to become one of the lucrative ventures of our farmers since then.

ATLETA NA TUBONG LEYTE, NAIYAK MATAPOS IKUMPARA ANG NATANGGAP NIYANG P3,000 SA IBANG ATLETA NA NAKAKUHA NG GINTONG MEDALYA.

Naiyak na lamang umano ang atleta na si Efosa John Paul Aguinaldo, 17, residente ng Leyte, matapos nitong makatanggap ng P3,000 kapalit ng kanyang ibinigay na gintong medalya sa Palarong Pambansa 2025.

Ayon kay Aguinaldo, nawalan halos siya ng gana matapos niyang malaman na P200,000 ang ibinigay sa mga atleta na nakakuha ng gintong medalya sa ibang rehiyon.

Wala rin umano siyang sapatos kapag nagte-training at kulang din daw sila ng pasilidad para magsanay.
