Tips for effective and effecient production of bigger hicon ice maker

1. It should have separate line of power supply from the main line after the meter.

2. It should have own circuit breaker from 30 amperes and up.

3. The electrical wiring should be no 12 to avoid low voltage or burned wirings.

4. The AVR with input and output Voltage is the most important tool to determine the voltage line. It should be times 3 of the wattage required.

5. The performance of the ice maker relies on the power supply. The cooling and releasing of hotgas requires proper high current and voltage. If you experienced undropping ice cubes from the ice tray means low resistance supply.

6. Avoid the overloaded outlets, low amperes circuit breaker and extension wires. The ice maker machine will deteriorate the performance if does not meet the requirements.

7. Error 2 is basically acquire from slow water supply from the source, low current and voltage. Water pump scaling will slow down the flowing of water inside the machine so it must be clean.

8. Reverse osmosis system or mineral water is a must to avoid scaling deposits and cloudy ice cubes.

9. Faulty internal wiring, corroded wires, or loose connections in your breaker box and outlets create resistance, which causes the voltage to drop before it reaches your ice maker machine.

10. Resistance stays the same even if the voltage changes. For example, if your wall outlet has a low voltage, it is usually because the wire is too thin or too long. The thin wire has high resistance, which eats up the pressure and causes the low voltage at the end of the line.

Take note: The ice maker machine is a cooling system and needs a standard power supply.
