ANNOUNCEMENT FOR NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICANTS

The Municipal Engineering Office/Office of the Building Official (OBO) informs all new building permit applicants that the updated standard tarpaulin layout must be printed and posted at the project site before the start of construction.

Tarpaulin size: 3 ft. x 4 ft.
Placement: In a visible area at the project site

This measure promotes transparency and compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096).
