Fabrication of Slotter headtock that serves as mill attachment to be used for slotting, gear making, and broaching keyways. I used chain and sprocket both driver and driven to drive the mechanism from rotation to transmit into linear motion.

Fabrication of MOV DRIVE BUSH Mat'l Nickel-aluminum bronze(NAB).
This is a rotating components of valve that used to open and close the flow by driving the stem to move up and down. MOV stands for Motorized Operated Valve. The operation that I carried out for this job, are turning, boring, outside v-threading and internal trapezoidal threading with 8 pitch having 200mm thread long. This job completely machined in 2 days including fitted up on site.

Hey how you going guys, in this video I going to fabricate stem for MOV GATE VALVE.
Mat'l.= SS316
OD= 2"(50.8mm) x L=14' (4267.2mm)
Thread length= 9' (2743.2mm) TPI = 2

This is Acme thread with 29° flank angle and the thread height is half of the pitch, this thread consist of double lead (entry) left hand thread. The issue of the original shaft was bend due to overtorque and this battle was finished around 12hours included milling operation.
