RACE TECH Hi-Performance Fork Springs for
CRF Rally 250 and Rally 300.

In stock form, the forks, featuring a single spring design are undersprung for any rider over 100 pounds. Race Tech went to work on the CRF Rally's suspension and ended up making this popular model boast an extremely plush ride on the street with great bottoming resistance and consistency on the trail, all the while increasing traction.
With limited travel, adding a stiffer spring in the right leg only per the stock design was not a viable option. Race Tech instead offers an RT Hi-Performance Spring Kit to add a stiffer spring to the other fork. (The overall spring rate in the forks is the average spring rate between both legs.) With the stock spring rate only useful to a 100lb. novice rider, this upgrade will make a drastic improvement in the CRF Rally's handling for most riders.
Race Tech High Performance Fork Springs have a high stiffness-to-mass ratio. In other words; our springs are light weight for their particular spring rate. This requires the finest materials and processing. Holds the highest tolerances in the industry.

EJK for CRF 250L 2013-2016

The CRF250L runs lean with the factory fuel map and really falls on its face in the low to mid range when you hammer the throttle. A Fuel Injection Controller will adjust the fuel mapping, making the bike run better, helping eliminate that dead spot early in the powerband.
