We designed a healthcare facility in the Pacific area, located in an area classified to have a wind speed of 320 kilometers per hour and approximately 12 kilometers from an earthquake generator. It can be seen from the picture that the seismic load dominates the column response, even the axial force, which is generally governed by the gravity load combo.

We were commissioned to carry out a 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 for a five-building development project, each building composed of 12 floor levels.
