𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗙 (𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚)
𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮:
📍Maintain accurate and organized financial and admin records, including updating journal, ledgers, books and budgets. Helping with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
📍Performing bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable and other account reconciliations including office utilities. Ensuring that all financial data is organized, up to date.
📍Preparing and Processing of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate handling of financial transactions. Do follow-ups on clients for payments and other documentations.
📍Monitor and process petty cash disbursements and replenishments. Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring. Request and release of Petty cash, Liquidation reports and others.
📍Handle manual timekeeping and prepare payroll reports and reconciling payroll data including calculating wages, overtime, government mandated benefits, withholding taxes and other deductions, and issuing paychecks.
📍Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and communication with employees, clients and vendors. Preparation and submission of clients’ and suppliers’ accreditation requirements.
📍Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
☑️Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management/administration or any related field.
☑️Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a professional services environment.
☑️Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
☑️Knowledgeable in current BIR Law especially in processing thru EFPS such as 1601, 2550, 1701, FS and other related documents with compliance to BIR and other government filing such as SSS, HDMF and PhilHealth.
☑️Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
☑️Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
