1. Complete installation of general power and lighting systems for industrial plants and factories, including panel boards, load center, wire ducts, lighting fixtures, cable trays, conduits, wires and cables. 2. Complete industrial electrical machinery and equipment installation to include motor controls, remote stations, programmable logic controller, instrumentation and control, direct current drives and controls, and variable frequency controller.
3. Special fabrication of electrical, motor and equipment control and designs to include fabrication of metal enclosures (panels), operation station consoles, and freestanding panel. Assemble and wiring electrical components, site installation, testing and commissioning.
4. Installation of diesel generating sets to include in-place installation of day tanks, fuel and exhaust system, generator control, automatic and manual transfer switches, power cables and switch gears.
5. Special metal assembly to include cable trays, cable ladders, wire-ways, wire gutters, enclosures for power panel board, control centers, operation stations and consoles, metal boxes, junction and pull boxes and freestanding enclosures.
6. Installation, testing and commissioning of high and low voltage power transmission/distribution systems to include pole er****on, stringing, pole dressing and testing, installation of protective devices such as power fuses, air and load break switches, lightning arresters, fuse cut-outs, air and oil circuit breakers and other related equipment.
7. Construction of high-low voltage transmission and distribution cable trenches, duct banks, manholes, pull-points substation fences, transformer pads, vault rooms and power/control rooms. 8. Design, computation and commissioning for the installation of capacitor banks and accessories. In addition to this, we also have expertise in the design of the following on industrial plants, factories and commercial buildings.
1. General power and lighting system of the entire plant/building 2. Power Sub-station facilities.
3. Emergency power system.
4. Motor control centers.
5. Process equipment controls. Transmission and distribution system.
