📍 Position: Technical Sales Engineer
📍 Cabuyao, Laguna / Field-Based – Various Client Sites

Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or a related technical field.
🔹Experience in technical sales, industrial equipment sales, water treatment, wastewater treatment, or a related industry is an advantage.
🔹Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn may also be considered.
🔹Knowledge of WTP, WWTP, STP, pumps, dosing systems, filtration, or water and wastewater treatment processes is an advantage.
🔹Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
🔹Willingness to conduct field visits and travel to client sites as required.
🔹Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing quotations, reports, and presentations.
🔹Goal-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to work independently and with a team.

What you’ll do:
💧 Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
💧 Conduct client visits, meetings, site inspections, and technical presentations.
💧 Promote WTP, WWTP, and STP systems, rehabilitation projects, operation and maintenance services, and related equipment.
💧 Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
💧 Prepare technical proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and bills of quantities in coordination with the engineering and procurement teams.
💧 Follow up on inquiries, quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and pending sales opportunities.
💧 Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, contractors, consultants, property developers, and other potential customers.
💧 Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams regarding equipment specifications, availability, delivery, and project requirements.
💧 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.
💧 Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales pipeline and activity reports.
💧 Assist in contract negotiations, order processing, and after-sales customer support.

📍 Position: Electrical Technician / Electrician (NC II)
📍 Roving / Field-Based – Various Project Sites

We are looking for a skilled Electrician with Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II certification to support the electrical installation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment used in sewage/wastewater treatment plants.

Qualifications:
🔹 Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II (TESDA) certified.
🔹 Experience in control panel assembly, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting is preferred.
🔹 Knowledge of motors, pumps, relays, contactors, overloads, breakers, and basic control circuits.
🔹 Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
🔹 Willing to work at sewage/wastewater treatment plant sites.
🔹 Physically fit and willing to perform field work.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Knowledge of industrial electrical systems is an advantage.
🔹 With good safety awareness and ability to follow electrical safety procedures.

What you’ll do:
💧 Assemble, install, wire, and test electrical control panels for sewage and wastewater treatment systems.
💧 Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
💧 Perform electrical installation and maintenance of motors, pumps, control panels, sensors, switches, relays, contactors, and other electrical equipment.
💧 Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in control panels, motors, pumps, and treatment plant equipment.
💧 Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
💧 Check and test electrical connections, wiring, breakers, contactors, overload relays, and control components.
💧 Assist in the installation and commissioning of wastewater/sewage treatment plant electrical and control systems.
💧 Identify the cause of equipment malfunction and perform appropriate repairs or adjustments.
💧 Use electrical testing tools such as multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester/megger, and other diagnostic equipment.
💧 Ensure all electrical work complies with company safety procedures and applicable electrical standards
💧 Maintain proper documentation of electrical repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
💧 Coordinate with mechanical technicians, engineers, and other personnel during equipment installation and troubleshooting.
💧 Perform other electrical-related duties as assigned.
