✨ CALL FOR NOMINATIONS | INSPIRING FILIPINA ENGINEERS (IFE) ✨

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE), in partnership with the Philippine Technological Council – Women Engineers’ Network (PTC-WEN), is now accepting nominations for the Inspiring Filipina Engineers (IFE) Recognition Program.

This prestigious recognition honors outstanding Filipina engineers who have demonstrated excellence in:
🔹 Professional practice
🔹 Leadership in engineering organizations
🔹 Service to the community
🔹 Inspiring the next generation of engineers

📌 Who may be nominated?
✔️ A Filipina Civil Engineer
✔️ Has served as a duly elected officer in a professional organization
✔️ At least 15 years in active engineering practice
✔️ With good standing and not previously included in IFE Batch 1

📄 Requirements include:
• 100–120 word essay write-up
• High-resolution official photograph
• Endorsement by the Chapter President

📅 Deadline for Chapter endorsement: On or before January 23, 2026
📩 Submit nominations through: PICE Quirino Chapter

PICE QUIRINO CHAPTER THANKSGIVING & YEAR-END CELEBRATION 2025

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – Quirino Chapter successfully held its Thanksgiving and Year-End Celebration on December 13, 2025 in Cabarroguis, Quirino, bringing together civil engineers, members, and guests in a meaningful day of gratitude, unity, and fellowship.

The activity commenced with membership-related services, including registration of new applicants, updating of member records, payment of dues, upgrading to life membership, and chapter transfers—further strengthening the Quirino Chapter’s growing membership.

The celebration was further enriched by an Inspirational Message delivered by Vice Governor Jojo Vaquilar who shared words of encouragement and support for the civil engineering profession and the PICE Quirino Chapter.

The day concluded with a joyful Program and Socialization, featuring games, raffle draws, gift-giving and fellowship dinner.

This successful celebration reflects the unity, professionalism, and camaraderie of the PICE Quirino Chapter as it closes the year with gratitude and looks forward to a stronger and more productive year ahead.

PICE QUIRINO MEMBERSHIP DRIVE | SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED

The PICE Quirino Chapter successfully conducted its New Membership Application Drive on December 13, 2025 at the QLIFE Building, Capitol Hills, San Marcos, Cabarroguis, Quirino.

The activity was led by the PICE Quirino Chapter Officers, under the leadership of our Chapter President, Engr. Rolito Ancheta, with the goal of welcoming new members and strengthening the civil engineering community in the province.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all licensed civil engineers and applicants who participated and showed their support for the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE). Your involvement helps reinforce unity, professionalism, and excellence in the practice of civil engineering.
