📌 Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the electromechanical industry
- Proven background in electromechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works
- Ability to manage both site-based and office-based tasks efficiently
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations
- Provide technical guidance to technicians
- Monitor and report progress of activities
- Ensure safety and quality of work
- Communicate with team and clients
