⚖️ Why Dili Pwede Hilabtan o Ibalhin ang “Mohons” (Boundary Monuments)

Ang mohon kay boundary monument nga gi-install during a land survey aron i-mark ang exact corners ug limits sa usa ka property. Kini gibutang sa usa ka Licensed Geodetic Engineer base sa official survey plan ug technical description sa yuta.

Tungod kay ang mohons maoy nag-define sa legal boundaries sa property, dili gyud pwede ilisan, ibalhin, o hilabtan.

Here’s why serious issue gyud ang pag-move or remove og mohons:

❌ Makapausab sa legal boundary sa yuta
Ang mohon mao ang official reference sa corners sa lote. Kung ibalhin, mahimong mali ang boundary.

❌ Makacause og land disputes ug misunderstandings
Ang paghilabot sa boundary markers mahimong hinungdan sa away o conflict sa silingan.

❌ Maapektuhan ang official survey records
Ang approved survey plans sa government nag-rely sa exact location sa mohons.

❌ Pwede ka ma-penalize under the law
Base sa Philippine laws ug regulations, punishable ang tampering sa survey monuments.
