However, while operational focus often prioritizes meter availability and data reliability, metering accuracy is frequently assumed and only examined when problems arise. In practice, reliability without accuracy undermines revenue integrity. TESCO Asia believes that metering reliability and accuracy are inseparable and must be managed together as a single operational and financial control.
