Lubrica Sons and Associates (LSA) was founded by Arch. Lubrica, Jr. during the late 90s. LSA was formerly known as Jose V. Lubrica Jr. and Associates (JVLA). However, since the sons of the founder pursued fields in architecture, engineering, environmental planning, and accountancy, the founder initiated the change of the firm’s name to LSA in 2009. Before the existence of JVLA, the founder engaged in furniture design, product development and innovation, and the production thereof. The founder is a Philippine inventor who has patented a utility model of the drawing table during the 80s. During the 21st century, the founder conceptualized pending patents in transparency and accountability known as the Cyverdata Bank. The founder also designed utility models like earth nails and other machines. In 2011, as the founder’s means of environmental and livelihood advocacy, founded Bamboo Uniting and Organizing (BAMBUORG) who have about 150 members nationwide with a about a thousand subscribers in facebook. Marcus Lloyd Lubrica formally registered LSA in the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue. For more than twenty (20) years of existence, LSA was able to produce at least twenty (20) successful architects with a top 4 during the Licensure Exams for Architects 2005 in the person of Arch.
