For this Ford Everest, we fabricated a 2.5” full exhaust paired with a Spitfire Thunder muffler and finished it with a Borla exhaust tip.

Setup:
• 2.5” Full Exhaust
• Spitfire Thunder Muffler
• Borla Exhaust Tip
• Custom stainless piping
• Custom fitment and alignment

For this Everest, we kept the setup at 2.5”. Not every diesel needs a 3” exhaust—the right pipe size depends on how the vehicle is used and what the owner wants.

For this Nissan Terra, we fabricated a 2.5” full exhaust paired with a Spitfire Thunder muffler and Spitfire exhaust tips.

For the Terra, 2.5” is one of the setups we commonly use for daily-driven builds. The Spitfire Thunder gives the owner a more noticeable diesel exhaust note without making the setup complicated.

Simple combination, clean fabrication, built around what the client wants.

For this Montero, we fabricated a 2.5” full exhaust paired with a Spitfire Thunder muffler and finished it with a Borla long exhaust tip.

Setup:
• 2.5” Full Exhaust
• Spitfire Thunder Muffler
• Borla Long Exhaust Tip
• Custom stainless piping
• Custom fitment and alignment

For this build, we stayed with 2.5” piping instead of automatically going bigger. Pipe size depends on how the vehicle is used and what the owner wants from the setup.

Spitfire Thunder handles the sound, while the Borla long tip gives the rear a clean finish.

For this Hilux Travo, we fabricated a 2.5” full exhaust paired with a Spitfire Thunder muffler and finished it with dual Borla long exhaust tips.

For this build, we kept the pipe size at 2.5” and focused on the combination the client wanted—Spitfire Thunder for the sound, with the dual Borla tips for the rear finish.

For this Prado V6, we fabricated a 2.5” dual catback exhaust paired with Borla ATAK mufflers and finished it with Borla polished tips.

Setup:
• 2.5” Dual Catback Exhaust
• Borla ATAK Mufflers
• Borla Polished Exhaust Tips
• Custom stainless piping
• Custom dual-exit routing and alignment

The goal with the ATAK setup is a more aggressive V6 exhaust note while keeping the modification catback.

For a build like this, routing and proper alignment are just as important as the mufflers—especially with a custom dual-exit setup.
