NEW PROJECT | DESILTING POND

We're pleased to announce the start of a new project at Bayview by Alveo Land, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro.

This project involves the construction of a desilting pond, an essential component of site development designed to manage stormwater runoff. By slowing the flow of water, the pond allows silt, sand, and other sediments to settle before water is discharged into downstream drainage systems or natural waterways.

More than just an earthworks feature, a desilting pond helps protect surrounding infrastructure, improve water quality, and support responsible land development.
