Upon recommendation of the Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council and pursuant to Executive Order No. 69, Series of 2025, work in government offices in the City of Bacolod is suspended on November 4, 2025 due to Typhoon Tino.

However, offices whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities and /or performance of other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Further, private companies, business establishments, and institutions are strongly encouraged to suspend work in their respective offices and workplaces to ensure the safety and protection of their employees during the storm’s passage.
