Every great profession is built by people who choose to go further.

During the DomRAC NCII training at CFM Training Institute, I had the privilege of sitting down with our Registered Mechanical Engineers and talking about what it truly means to become a Professional Mechanical Engineer.

They are hardworking individuals who already contributing to the industry every day. But I wanted them to see the bigger picture: that earning your PME license is more than a title. It's becoming part of the solution who brings qualified, credible expertise to a field that our communities depend on.

I shared my own path, the preparation, the purpose, and the pride that comes with it and i am hoping it lights the same fire in them.

Proud of every one of them. Prouder still of where they're headed. 🙏

Long trip. Quick inspection. Big responsibility.

Most people see a hospital like ACE Medical Center Group of Hospitals Tuguegarao and think of doctors saving lives.

But behind every life-saving moment…
there are systems that are not allowed to fail.

Grateful for the trust to be part of their building compliance - to stand behind systems that people depend on every day.
