The wastewater treatment system has no odor associated with it. The ozone and oxygen treatment processes oxidizes the hydrogen sulfide and volatile organic material which is associated with raw influent, eliminating influent odor.
The reduction and sometimes even the absence of sludge and the significant decrease in BOD and COD suggest that the organic material was totally oxidized and removed.
