🔧 Smart Modifications. Safer Access 🚛

We recently completed a retrofit upgrade on this refrigeration truck — replacing the old stirrup steps with custom fold-down Tilley plank steps on both the driver and passenger sides.

The job included removing the original steps, reinforcing the existing uprights, fabricating stronger fold-down steps, and installing slam-shut catches painted to match the truck.

Safety feature - fitted with a proximity sensor and in-cab buzzer to warn the driver if the step is left in the down position.

The result? Improved access and safer entry and exit for drivers when working around the truck body.

Mounted on a MAN TGS 35.520, this unit is designed for serious capacity, durability, and temperature control in demanding environments.

▪️ 105mm insulated roof with pop-top for roof, rear mounted evaporator
▪️ Long-run alloy floor — ideal for electric pallet jack loading

Check this out...Curtainsider with solid rear panel built for Expol, designed to fit an Isuzu FSR650L chassis. Purpose-built for high-performance EPS and XPS insulation products, this unit delivers strength, access, and reliability where it matters most.

🔹 Good clearance under pelmet with flush roof bracing for full corner access
🔹 Structurflex curtains with Expol livery & hardware throughout
