Another custom truck build out the door at Ten4!



We recently completed this 4.5 m aluminum flat deck for local HVAC specialists Airzone.

Built on a new Mitsubishi Fuso Canter 616 cab chassis, supplied by Keith Andrews Trucks, the deck features:



4.5 m flat deck
Aluminum drop sides
Palfinger MBBV1000 rear tail lift
Purpose-built for Airzone’s HVAC site deliveries


The combination of the drop sides and tail lift gives Airzone a practical setup for moving HVAC equipment and materials safely and efficiently between sites.

The first load pictured is heading off to Channel Infrastructure - ready for another day on the job.



A great example of what we do at Ten4, designing and manufacturing custom truck bodies to suit the way our customers actually work.

Today we’re saying farewell to Connor Glavish, who after seven years with Ten4 is heading to Australia to start an exciting new chapter.

Connor joined us as an apprentice, and over those seven years has developed into an outstanding tradesman and a valued member of the Ten4 team.

It’s been great watching him progress from those early days of learning the trade through to becoming someone we could rely on to get stuck in, do a quality job and help get things across the line. His work ethic, skills and attitude have been a real credit to him, and his contribution to Ten4 over the years has certainly been appreciated.

While we’re sorry to see him go, we’re also excited for him to get out there, experience something different and see where this next chapter takes him.

On behalf of everyone at Ten4, thanks for everything you’ve put into the company over the last seven years, Connor. We wish you all the best for the move to Australia and whatever comes next.

Another sharp build out the door for Northland Waste 🔥
This tough new build features a Palfinger PHT22 Hook Loader mounted on the powerful Isuzu CYJ 460 8x4 chassis, finished in Northland Waste’s standout blue and black colour scheme.
Built for reliability, efficiency, and demanding day-to-day operation, this truck is purpose-built for hook loader work across Northland and the wider regions.

A fantastic evening for a truly important cause 🙌
Our team had a great time at the Mitre 10 MEGA Whangārei Mission at the Marina fundraiser, joining others from across the region to support the Northland Rescue Helicopter.
The evening brought together great local food, good company, and strong community support for an essential service in our region.
It was great to be part of an event that brings people together for such a worthwhile cause.
Thanks to everyone who helped make the night such a success, events like this make a real difference.

Built on a UD platform, this unit is set up for serious work with a full Hardox bin and a clean, practical layout designed to handle tough conditions day in, day out.
