Our commitment to quality workmanship and service has seen us grow considerably over the past few years and due to this expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated, reliable Hoist Services Technician to join our team.

Working for one of our key customers we are looking for someone who has come from an electrical and mechanical background, is able to install construction hoists as well as undertake routine and preventative maintenance including complex repairs/trouble shooting of hoists and cranes.

The ideal candidate will have:

2-3 years’ experience as an industrial service technician role preferably within hoists and cranes
An Electrical Trade Qualification preferably
Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivated and able to complete paperwork
A Full clean NZ driver’s license
Ability to build strong relationships quickly and provide exceptional customer service
Ability to work at heights
Ability to work both as an individual and team environment.
Keep a professional appearance
Must have current valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Computer proficient
Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency is a must
Ability to work independently as well as a team
We operate pre employment and random drug and alcohol testing as well as undertake criminal records checks.
