A huge thank you to TDX Ltd for the opportunity to travel overseas and visit the Volvo Construction Equipment factories throughout Sweden. It was an incredible experience to see the entire manufacturing process firsthand — from innovation and engineering through to the craftsmanship and dedication that goes into every machine carrying the Volvo name.
Seeing the inner workings of these world-class facilities from start to finish gave me an even greater appreciation for the people, technology, and attention to detail behind the product.
It was also a privilege to travel alongside like-minded people from our industry here in New Zealand and Australia, sharing ideas, experiences, and a common passion for the work we do.
TDX should be proud of the way they represent Volvo Construction Equipment in New Zealand. Their commitment to supporting customers and building strong partnerships is clear, and opportunities like this reinforce the value of that relationship.
A special thanks to Joe, Andrew, Bertrand, and Sarah, along with the rest of the TDX team. I know a huge amount of work would have gone into organising a trip of this scale, and it certainly didn't go unnoticed. Thank you for your hospitality, the opportunity, and for making it such a memorable experience.
