💙 Supporting the Wedgelock Family 💙
At Wedgelock, family comes first. Today, we’re reaching out to our community to rally behind our Engineering Manager, Lance, and his two brave boys, Bram (3) and Brayden (5).

Little Bram has already been through nine anesthetics and four major surgeries in his short life to treat a severe case of Hypospadias. With local options exhausted, the family needs to travel to the US for specialised surgical care. Devastatingly, they have also just learned that their oldest boy, Brayden, will also require surgery for a condition called Chordee.

The emotional and financial burden on their family is immense, and they need our help to get these two little boys the healthy futures they deserve.

This week at Wedgelock, we paused to celebrate some incredible individual milestones that highlight the very core of what we stand for: teamwork and excellence. 🥂✨

First up, a massive congratulations to David Fegan, who has just achieved a phenomenal 20 years of continuous service with Wedgelock! Joining a very elite handful of staff to reach two decades with us, David’s loyalty, expertise, and dedication have been an invaluable part of our journey. Thank you, David, for 20 years of excellence! 🙌

On the other end of the spectrum, we are incredibly proud to celebrate the official completion of apprenticeships by Braden, Brendan, and Jamie. This is a massive milestone for these young guys, representing years of hard work, late nights, and true dedication to mastering their trade. 🛠️🎓
